Hagop Sargisian has over 30 years of experience in every facet of real estate development and construction. In his tenure he has successfully developed and been responsible for over $1 billion of development, construction and project coordination. Mr. Sargisian is the original founder and co-partner of Tricana Group founded in 1986. Tricana was created with an emphasis on multi-family real estate and renovation projects. Tricana was formed in 1986 from a need to manage the controls of its own construction, design and product coordination. This has led Tricana to capture exceptional development opportunities in both commercial and residential. Mr. Sargisian is a real estate developer who has been specializing in projects that revitalize urban areas for decades. His accomplishments speak to his keen abilities to execute and deliver finished projects.

In the 1980’s Hagop gained extensive experience in merger and acquisitions, securities matters and general business transactions. Highlights to his career can be found in his leadership in the historical rebuilding and restoration of projects such as the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, the transformation of Old Town Pasadena and

The Talley Building in Azusa for the City of Azusa Redevelopment Agency. A more comprehensive accomplishment involved the City of Whittier and their redevelopment projects which included mixed use residential, single family housing, recreation and commercial mixed use.

Hagop Sargisian is a native Californian, born and raised in Los Angeles. He enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his wife, children and friends. He is eager home chef when time allows and is known to volunteer his time to several non-profit organizations.
